JuSt used this for the first time best tent we have had so far easy to pitch 20 minutes and it comes with a carpet. The only down side is there is nowhere to cook so we bought a side canopy made by gelart it's not a perfect match but it worked for us.We had some problems finding a tarpaulin to protect the groundsheet but searching the Internet proved successful we have not used this tent in any kind of bad weather wind or rain but reading other people's experience's I feel quite confident that it would be fine

I've finally found the ideal canopy for this tent! We bought the tent last summer and it was well tested in high winds. Been searching since then for a side canopy to cook under and bought the Royal Brisbane from EBay. Tested this weekend it fits perfectly and matches the Regatta colour.

Bought on offer from Argos. Currently RRP £500, think I paid £300. Huge tent, lots of room for 6 people. Easy to pitch with 2 people. Comes with a nice carpet for the living area for extra cosiness. Sadly there isn't an extension available for this (for cooking) Cooked outside but in torrential rain I did cook inside with extra care. No leaks in said torrential rain. Love it ! Also some bargains on EBay x

We were very impressed with this tent and it slept 8 easily using the living space as storage. No leaks and was easy to erect and pack away.
I was wonder if Brotherbung was able to tell me which Vango canopy he is using for this tent. I am trying to purchase one myself ?. We have been looking and any help would be very much appreciated.

This tent got us through our first camping holiday with the kids. It also got us through Hurricane Bertha! I was very impressed with the way this tent stood up to a real battering when others were not as sturdy. Brilliant value for money. If it got through that then it'll get through anything. Can't wait to use it again. The only thing that would be useful would be a canopy.

Just fab . Plenty of room . No leaks. Well worth the money if you get it on offer . 2 adults and 3 children went to Flamingoland for 3 nights. Loads of room to sit in the living area. Easy to pitch and pack away again. Recommend this for families of 4 or 5 but would sleep more. . I also got the inner carpet with this which is nice for a bit of added comfort

We were very impressed with this tent.Very easy to erect and put away.My wife & I are both pensioners but we can pitch this tent complete in less 30 minutes. There is plenty of room for 4 of us (at our age we do not rough it at all so there is plenty of equipment) I would say for 8 people yes you could sleep comfortably in this tent , you would need the living area for storage though. The built in porches on either door works well to keep the rain out. The 3 doors and mesh doors were excellent for keeping the temperature down and insects out when we were in Spain. All in all a really good tent and we would highy recommend it to families.I would give this tent full marks but as we cook outside the tent it would have been nice if we could have got a canopy for it? We have one now, from Vango
